We have used several publicly available linking programs in the setup.

One World Digital Solutions® Media Centre (based on KODI® technology) links directly to websites and also to “aggregator” sites.

Aggregators in turn links elsewhere for “content” while websites host their own. 

We have included many educational and informative links on the website in the What is KODI® sections of our website and in our custom user guide. We have also included video tutorial links in the setup.

To our knowledge, websites directly linked to are encouraging visitors and have full rights to their hosted content.

Some aggregators may link to materials copyrighted in the Americas and Oceania Areas.

The same aggregators also link to non-copyrighted and other materials that the public is allowed to use.

All of these links can be linked to with a simple internet browser, which is a mandatory feature of this product.

This, combined with the dynamic nature of the internet, of laws dealing with it and of linking itself makes it impractical for us to determine what content you may or may not view.

You should be aware of your local copyright laws.

As such, we take the position that we will not discriminate against any particular linking aggregator in KODI® or any other app that is on the machine.

We DO NOT condone copyright infringement in any manner.

We believe artists and copyright holders deserve credit and income for their work.

We also believe that people are responsible for their own choices and actions.

By providing you with links to aggregators within KODI®, we are not encouraging you to breach any law.

We have prepared a generic product for international distribution.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY 

Your new One World Digital Solutions® HD Streaming Device is fully covered for any damages that the unit may have suffered during transportation. Our units are individually verified before shipping for quality insurance.

If your personal HD Streaming Device unit does not function properly upon arrival, please contact us at admin@oneworlddigitalsolutions.com

Please note that at One World Digital Solutions® unit is entirely covered as you receive it against any manufacturer or software issues. If the new unit you just received does not work properly due to a hardware default, One World Digital Solutions® will gladly replace this unit with another one.

Your unit after the first 30 days is also covered with an extended Manufacturer warranty one year warranty that covers parts and workmanship as long as the unit was not opened or tempered with. If the unit had been tempered with or was damaged due to the owner mishandling or lack of proper care, the warranty will be considered null and void. Return shipping will be at the owners expense for warranty after the 30 day period.

PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY 

One World Digital Solutions® will deliver the unit to the client in proper time according to product availability and time of the year (Christmas being a busy period for production and delivery). The usual delivery period delay varies between 7 to 15 working days.

If the product is not delivered to the client by the company or is lost due to the carrier mishandling of the package within 30 days for any reasons, the company reserve the right to reimburse the client fully without any other explanations.

ANY AND ALL TARIFFS DUTY OR TAXES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PAY ANY TARIFFS DUTY OR TAXES OWING ON THE IMPORT TO YOUR COUNTRY. We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all of our products as well. If you experience any issues with your streaming media player, please an send an email to admin@oneworlddigitalsolutions.com, first to see if we can help diagnose the issue or use our AnyDesk Support App.

If need be the unit can be sent to us. Once received, we will fix the issues that you were experiencing and send the original unit back to you or exchange your player for another unit or rebuilt one (at our discretion).

This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.

The process for returns is as follows:

1. Contact our Customer Service department by emailing us at admin@oneworlddigitalsolutions.com
2. We will determine if you are eligible for a return – if you are, we confirm this via email. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product within the 7 days. For returns, please ensure to use tracked postage and send the confirmation email with tracking number, failure to do so resulting in loss of the unit can become a customers responsibility.
3. Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time generally takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.

Important

• Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 7 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.
• Any and all shipping costs paid by the customer are non refundable.
• Items returned to us after the 7 day window will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any products returned to us outside of the 7 day return window. Products returned to us that are outside of the 7 day return window will be considered abandoned if the return shipping payment is not received within 7 days of us receiving the product.
• Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund. Items received in poor condition including dirt, food remnants, or anything else gross may be returned to sender at One Worlds discretion for proper cleaning by owner. Please do not send back items that are gross or are undesirable to touch.
• One World Digital Solutions does not accept returns due to any particular application not working properly, unless we mistakenly tell you that it will work or we advertise that it works. If you need a specific application to work, please email us at admin@oneworlddigitalsolutions.com and we can test the specific application for you to see if it works properly.
• One World Digital Solutions does not allow for refunds or returns if you are using any 3rd party VPN to access the internet as we can not control how these devices will react with a VPN and your internet connection.
• One World Digital Solutions does not allow returns because you did not do any research as to what you are buying. All of our Streaming Media Players run the Android operating system so you can use Android applications on your TV. Our devices are not cable boxes and do not provide any content outside of the applications you install and use. Please email us at admin@oneworlddigitalsolutions.com if you have questions about or products prior to purchase.
• One World Digital Solutions does not allow returns due to not liking the remote control that is included with the Streaming Device. The remote control is pictured and explained thoroughly on the product pages. You may request a button guide if you threw away your user manual.
• One World Digital Solutions does not allow returns because you do not want to create a Google account. You can create a throwaway account and never use it.

IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THE SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND EXTRA INSURANCE and the product is “missing or stolen” One World Digital Solution IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOST ITEM(S). Please contact the carrier for further assistance or claims.

• If you order a product by mistake from our website, it is your duty to contact us prior to us shipping out the product so we can cancel the order. In the event that we ship out the product, in order to return it a payment of shipping to your address will need to be paid via invoice to cover the cost of us shipping the product to you. The customer is also responsible to cover the cost of return shipping. The item needs to be in brand new condition in order to receive a full refund. A $50 fee will be taken from your refund in the event the box is not in brand new condition.
• One World Digital Solutions processes all orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays on the next business day following that particular day. This includes overnight orders made on the weekend. These orders will be shipped out the next business day.
• Any Customs, VAT, Import or any other fees your country may charge to import an item from the is the sole responsibility of the customer. One World does not pay any of these fees for any reason. If a package is returned to us due to the customer not paying a certain fee that their country charges, It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if they want the package shipped to them again. One World does not pay any fee charged by your country to import a product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand their countries laws and fees.

Refunds are issued within 72 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.

Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.

•  Third Party Vendors – Any purchases of any One World products from a third party are not able to be returned to One World for a refund in any way. All refunds and returns on products purchased from a third party vendor must be handled between the customer and the third party vendor. Any products shipped to One World Digital Solutions for a return or refund that were purchased from a third party vendor will not be honored. If the customer wishes to have the product or products shipped back to them they will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.
• Any products returned to One World Digital Solutions purchased from a third party vendor that return shipping is not paid by the customer will be considered abandoned in 7 calendar days. These rules apply even if a One World technician mistakenly sends a customer a return email thinking that the product was purchased directly from us. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify where they purchased the product from prior to sending them back to One World Digital Solutions.
• Abandoned or Refused Packages – If any orders domestic or international, are refused by the customer for any reason, the package is considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
